Please note that the property operates a strict no smoking policy throughout all the premises including balcony. Violation of this policy will incur in an EUR 200 fine. 

Please note that all rooms are located on the 3rd floor without lift. 

Please note that the property does not have a 24-hour reception. 

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: Rua Ivens, n.º49, Lisboa 1200-226.
