Arrivals & Departures

It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time . As soon as you are ready to leave the airport or 1 hour before the time of arrival to the apartment call or send an SMS to your contact person. Not having this information may result in you having to wait for your contact person and a delayed check-in. Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time.

The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the flat and leave. 

1 set of fresh towels per person (one hand towel and one large towel), 1 set of sheets for each bed and toilet paper.

In case you disagree or find any deficiency you should report this within 24 hours of your arrival. After this period we do not accept any kind of complaints about the flat. 

Additional cleaning services are available upon request and have an extra cost.

You will be explained how all the equipment functions and give you the sets of keys.

You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay.
